The STS Travel Protection Plan allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 48 hours prior to your vacation and receive
100% trip credit valid towards future travel up to 2 years from your original date of travel. If your cancellation is 30 days or
more prior to your departure, you may elect to receive a 75% cash refund in lieu of Future Travel Credit less the cost of the STS Travel
Protection Plan. Plans will be available for purchase during the booking process and up to 7 days after making your initial payment. Plans
are not available for purchase after this time or within 7 days of travel.

The price of the STS Vacations Travel Protection Plan.
Occupancy surcharges. Occupancy surcharges may result if the number of individuals occupying a room changes. For cancellations 30 or more days prior to scheduled departure, the remaining travelers are responsible for paying occupancy surcharges. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to scheduled departure date,
occupancy surcharges for the remaining travelers will be deducted from your refund.
Non-refundable Airfares are excluded. However, if your cancellation notification is received at least 48 hours prior to your departure date,
unused air tickets may be eligible for credit toward a future booking on the same air carrier. PLEASE NOTE: Eligibility for credit toward a future booking is
dependent on air carrier policy and not all unused air tickets will be eligible.
Miscellaneous fees and charges. Any fees or charges not directly related to your travel package such as reinstatement fees, change fees, etc.

The STS Pre-Departure Trip Cancellation Benefit provides you the right to cancel your trip for any reason up until 48 hours prior to scheduled departure time except for "no shows" and "no show" related cancellations ("no shows" include travelers who arrive at the airport or gate too late to travel or who fail to have the required proof of citizenship). Simply call 1-866-875-4565 no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure for Air/Hotel Packages and any time prior to initial check-in date for Hotel Only Packages (see below for additional details regarding how to file your claim). Your Benefit is effective once your travel package and the STS Vacations Travel Protection Plan are paid in full.

Trip Cancellation Claims — Contact STS Vacations at 1-410-487-8242. STS Vacations will then forward you the appropriate form that must be completed by you.
This form must be received by STS Vacations within 21 days of your cancellation. Failure to contact STS Vacations will forfeit your plan reimbursement.
Refunds for cancellations will be made in the same form as the original payment and will be reduced by the items outlined above. Refunds will be processed within
48 hours of receipt of completed and approved STS Vacations forms and/or documentation.
Payment of STS Vacations Travel Protection Plan — The STS Vacations Travel Protection Plan must be purchased and paid for within 7 days of initial package reservation and payment.
STSVacations provides the STS Pre-Departure Trip Cancellation Benefit. The STS Vacations Travel Protection Plan is non-transferable and must be repurchased if you want to have coverage on amended reservations.
The STS Vacations Travel Protection Plan may not be purchased within 7 days of departure.
