  Attracting celebrities from all over the world, this gracious retreat offers a magical setting complemented by gourmet contemporary Jamaican cuisine, and live music. The Sugar Mill Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, and is available for private parties and wedding receptions. Reservations are strongly encouraged for dinner. • The Beach Gazebo  

  Complimentary Manager's Cocktail Party every Monday and Friday from 6:30pm until 7:30pm. Rub elbows with other guests and meet the managers of the resort.

• Lester's Bar

• Swimming Pools   (Beach, Hot Tub / Jacuzzis, Swimming pool(s))

  Half Moon has 52 fresh water pools, most of which are assigned to private cottages, suites or villas. The main pools available to all guests include the Hibiscus Pool, Oleander Pool, and Lap Pool. Both the Hibiscus and Oleander pools are free-form, freshwater pools with varying depths. The Hibiscus Pool Bar and La Baguette serve cool refreshments and snacks. The Lap Pool is our \"Olympic-size\" swimming pool. Three Jacuzzi are located in the Hibiscus Pool area.

• Equestrian Centre    (Beach, Entertainment)

  Explore the beauty and lush landscape of Half Moon on horseback. Ride through Half Moon\'s Nature Reserve or along bridle paths that wind through the cool hills and valleys and enjoy the countryside. Equestrians of all levels can enjoy a variety of activities from riding lessons to adventurous trail rides, beach rides and jungle jaunts. Please plan on wearing long pants and walking shoes or sneakers. Riding helmets, available at the Centre, are also recommended. Beach rides, pony rides, Jungle Jaunt, Mountain Rides, Arena Polo, Tryall Trail and Lessons are all available.

• Wedding Requirements  

  Bride and groom must be in Jamaica for a minimum of 24 hours. Should you like us the make special arrangements, please forward the following at least ONE MONTH prior to your preferred wedding date: Notarized copies of bride & groom’s birth certificates, notarized copies of divorce decrees or death certificates (if applicable), occupation of both candidates, occupation and names of both parents and date and time of the wedding.
