The local chefs from The Aquarium love to provide private cookery lessons in the guests' villa to share some of their well-kept and often spicy, culinary secrets. The ingredients can be hand-picked by the guests at the owner’s fifteen acre piece of rainforest where organic vegetables and herbs are raised beneath the shade of nutmeg and cocoa trees and watered by the natural spring.
