Upcoming Event - Rosehall Triathlon 2010

The Rose Hall Triathlon is unique of all other sporting events in Jamaica. The event takes place at the 18-hole Robert von Hagge, Cinnamon Hill Golf Course. Located at the Rose Hall Resort, A Hilton Resort and Spa along the newly constructed North Coast Highway. The course is two laps of a lightning fast bike course, each with a sheer climb in the middle. The run is also two laps on the spectacular Cinnamon Hill course ending with the steepest final 200 meters of any triathlon - now known as “The Witch”.

Upcoming Event - Jamaica Jazz & Blues Festival 2011

Plans have already been set into gear for the 15th anniversary celebrations. The organizors, now satisfied that the festival has found a permanent home, have puled out all stops to ensure that the 2011 event surpasses all that has gone before. The Jamaica Jazz and Blues festival is growing up and promises to kick off its next 15 years with a spectacular bang!!

The Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival is a three-day musical event to which we welcome 40,000 patrons each year. The festival showcases unforgettable music on two stages, offers delicious Jamaican and international cuisine in a cosy and comfortable food court, and hosts crafts artisans from all over the island.

Imagine a 1500m ocean swim in the sparkling Caribbean Sea, followed by an invigorating 40k bike ride through the lush Jamaican countryside, culminating in a 10k run along a world famous golf course. This is the spectacular route of the second annual WATA Rose Hall Triathlon & Wellness Festival, scheduled for October 31, 2009 along Jamaica’s “Elegant Corridor,” in Rose Hall.
